Transgender daughter Elon Musk has filed legal papers to change her gender from male to female and drop her last name.

Born Xavier Musk, the 18 -year -old sought to have his name changed to Vivian Jenna Wilson.

The teen made an application in Los Angeles County Superior Court, stating that he wanted to get rid of his father by taking his mother’s name.

“I no longer live or wish to have any relationship with my biological father in any way, shape or form,” the petition read.

Vivian’s mother is Canadian writer Justine Wilson, who married in 2000.

The pair are the parents of twin sons, Xavier and Griffin, and triplet sons, Damian, Kai and Saxon (16).

He met Justine during her first year at Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada, where Elon was also a student.

“A student a year older than me, he was a clean upper class kid with a South African accent who appeared in front of me one evening when I jumped up in the dorm,” she recalls.

“He said that we met at a wedding that I knew he had never met. Years later he would admit that he had remembered me from the public room and decided he wanted to meet me.

After a knot, she received her first child, Nevada, but the baby died in 2002 of sudden infant death syndrome when she was just 10 weeks old.

“Nevada went down to sleep, placed on her back as usual, and stopped breathing,” Justine wrote in an essay to Marie Claire.

“When paramedics rescued him, he had been without oxygen for so long that he lost his brain.”

Nevada spent three days on life support in the hospital before Justine and Elon decided to switch off the machine.

“I caught him when he died,” she recalls.

Justine and Elon coped with Nevada’s death by raising their families as soon as possible.

She welcomes each of her five children through IVF.

The couple divorced in 2008 and shared custody of their children.

Unlike her ex, Justine generally stays out of the public eye.

It’s unclear what prompted Vivian’s request to reject her billionaire father, but there may be no support for the LGBTQIA +community.

In 2020, Tesla’s CEO was criticized for sharing several tweets insulting people who used pronouns in their bios on social media.

“I really support trans, but all of these pronouns are an aesthetic nightmare,” she wrote.

Elon’s tweets were labeled insensitive and the billionaire was forced to apologize.

Recently, she weighed in on a debate about what it means to be a woman.

“We were also told that gender differences do not exist and genders are so different that irreversible surgery is the only option,” she tweeted.

“Maybe someone wiser than I can explain this dichotomy.”

In addition to five children with Justine, Elon also has a two-year-old son, X Æ A-12, and a six-month-old daughter, Exa Dark Sideræl, with Canadian singer Grimes.
